We collect only what we need to fulfill your order: your email, order details, and — for custom portraits — the pet photo you send us. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store your full card details.

We don't sell your data. We use it to process orders, provide support, and (only if you opt in) send occasional updates. To request access to or deletion of your data, email custom@bloopzoo.com.

We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics to understand what's working on the site, and cookies only where necessary for the cart and checkout.

Terms of Service

All artwork, images, and designs on this site are the original work of Bloop Zoo and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print or portrait grants you a license for personal use only — you may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork commercially without written permission.

Digital downloads are licensed, not sold, and are non-refundable once delivered. Custom pet portraits are made to order; see Shipping & Returns for turnaround and our damaged-item policy. Prices and availability may change without notice.
