Animal prints are delivered as an instant download after checkout — there's nothing to ship. If you have any trouble downloading your file, email custom@bloopzoo.com and we'll re-send it.

Custom pet portraits

• Turnaround: please allow approximately 3 weeks for your painting to be completed.
• Shipping: your canvas ships carefully packaged once it's ready.

Returns

Because custom pet portraits are hand-painted just for you, they can't be returned — but your happiness matters to us. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours and we'll make it good. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
